Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
We get it—sometimes a chair isn’t the right fit. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your chair (or the last box, if shipped in multiple cartons).
- How to return an item
Please email mysmartfitchair@nanyaplastics-usa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or submit a request through our returns center.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Our return warehouse is in the United States; please consider that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the chair must be:
Unworn/unused and in original condition (no scratches, stains, odors, or modifications).
Returned in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, tools, manuals, and tags included. (If the chair was assembled, please disassemble it for safe return transit.)
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable in most cases.
If your chair arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange replacements or a solution.
Important: We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to refusal to accept delivery or incorrect shipping details (name, address, or phone number). If you notice an error in your order information, email mysmartfitchair@nanyaplastics-usa.com with your order number and the corrected details as soon as possible.
- Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Please place a new order and initiate a return for the original chair. We’ll process your refund after the return is received and inspected.
- Where is my refund?
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method.
If you paid fully or partially with gift card/store credit, your refund may be returned in the same form.
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. We’ll email you when your package is received and when the refund is on its way.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 28 days of sending your return, please contact us.
Note: If items are missing or show signs of use/damage, we may be unable to accept the return or may issue a partial refund to cover refurbishment or missing parts.
- Final Sale
Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Orders paid entirely with Store Credit are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
